Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Eta Nu Omega Chapter will host a Sound Bowl Meditation Class. 

Sound bowls are metal and crystal bowls that deepen meditation and promote relaxation. They produce sustained sounds and vibrations when hit or circled with a mallet. Sound bowl meditation not only promotes relaxation but can help with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, insomnia, and chronic pain.
